Fred Ellis is a construction project manager who is responsible for overseeing the entire process of planning, designing, and constructing various projects. His duties include managing budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as ensuring that all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards. He is to effectively lead teams and deliver successful projects within the given time and budget constraints.

James Struble learned hands-on construction alongside John through-out their childhood. James spent over 25 years at DSI as Director of Field Operations. He handled all design & fabrication and technical systems for all bridges and building projects.
Now, as Vice President of Operations for Vision, James manages all equipment & material inventory and tracking, warehouse operations and the overall supervision, scheduling & coordination of all field personnel including all foreman, field superintendents, carpenters, laborers and drivers.

Shawn Struble learned hands-on construction alongside John. He handles all design & fabrication and technical system.
Sean started of as an Assistant Project Manager. He used the skills he acquired in the field to have a better understanding of every aspect of construction, both in the field and in the office.
He quickly went from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager. Sean handles all aspects of construction with projects ranging from a $1.8 million dollar take-over to a $17 million dollar new construction, from start to finish. Today, Sean sets the Vision standard on all practices and procedures of project management and oversees our Assistant Project Managers.
